Centralis Towers is a pre-selling residential condominium developed by Avida Land on Taft Avenue in Pasay City, Metro Manila. Its name blends "central" and "essentialis" - Latin for "essential" - reflecting both the project's gateway location and its focus on practical, purposeful urban living.
