Ayala Land is the real-estate arm of the Ayala Corporation, one of the oldest conglomerates in the Philippines. Its property business has been developing master-planned communities, residential towers, and mixed-use districts for decades, organised across five brands aimed at different segments of the Philippine housing market.
International sales — including for buyers based in Europe — are handled by Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. (ALISI), the Ayala entity that accredits marketing partners outside the Philippines. Ayala's stated track record on delivery, the fact the parent is listed, and the option of in-house financing through Ayala-aligned channels are commonly cited reasons to consider their inventory over less-established developers — though, as with any market, conditions vary by project and any decision should be checked with qualified, country-specific advice.
