About Serin East Tagaytay

Tagaytay City sits at elevation on the ridge above Taal Lake, giving it a naturally cooler climate than Metro Manila and views toward Taal Volcano. This makes it a distinctive residential setting - popular for second homes, weekend retreats, and retirement properties - and Avida Land has developed Serin East Tagaytay with that leisure and lifestyle positioning in mind.

Tower 4 is designed with a diverse unit mix and relatively few units per floor (28 on a typical floor), which gives the building a less dense feel than comparable Metro Manila condominiums. The unit range - from compact Studios through to proper two-bedroom apartments - makes it accessible to buyers with different budgets and use cases, whether that is a small weekend studio or a family-sized second home.

Avida Land is Ayala Land's value residential brand, applying Ayala's Design Council quality standards to all its developments. Floors three to nine face either Tower 3, Cavite, the Aguinaldo Highway, or the amenities area, depending on unit position.

Location and connectivity

Tagaytay City lies along Aguinaldo Highway in Cavite, roughly 55-60 kilometres south of Metro Manila. The city sits on the Tagaytay Ridge and is accessible via the Cavitex expressway and Aguinaldo Highway from Metro Manila, or via SLEX and connecting roads from the south. The drive from Makati or BGC typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

Within Tagaytay, the city has its own commercial strip along Aguinaldo Highway including supermarkets, restaurants, and local markets. The surrounding Cavite province offers schools, hospitals, and commercial centres in nearby Silang, Dasmarinas, and Imus.

Tagaytay has no metro rail connection. Private vehicles or intercity buses are the main transport options for residents and visitors.
