About The Lattice at Parklinks
The Lattice is described as a contemporary vertical community where lifestyles converge amid parks and greenery. The tower rises 43 floors including podium, containing 530 residential units.
A distinctive feature is the Park Villas, a collection of duplex units on the 6th and 7th floors with sizes up to approximately 295 sqm. These larger two-storey residences sit above the podium and below the standard residential floors, offering a different typology within the same building.
Standard unit finishes include porcelain tiles (600x600mm) in living, dining, and kitchen areas, laminated wood flooring in bedrooms for one-bedroom units and above, and 300x600mm porcelain tiles in bathrooms (floor and wall). Solid-surface kitchen countertops and granite master bathroom counters are standard, along with laminated wood kitchen cabinets and bedroom closets. The 8th floor houses the amenity deck, and parking spans seven podium levels. Alveo Land acts as Project Manager and Marketing Agent.
