About this project

Overview

Cerule at Solinea is the fifth and final residential tower in Solinea, Alveo Land's award-winning resort-themed community inside Cebu Business Park (CBP). The 32-storey tower rises at Cardinal Rosales Avenue, offering 499 units ranging from compact studios to three-bedroom homes with resort-style amenities on a shared seventh-floor deck.

About Cerule at Solinea

Cerule completes the Solinea master community, which has been developed in phases since 2011. The earlier four towers - Cyan, Turquoise, Lazuli, and Palatine - reached near-full sell-out before Cerule launched, reflecting strong demand within Cebu Business Park. The name evokes shades of blue, fitting for a development whose entire identity is built around a resort living concept in the city center.

The tower rises 32 storeys over a five-level parking podium. Ground floor retail wraps the base, and the seventh-floor amenity deck is shared with the adjoining Palatine (Tower 4). Each home features solid-surface kitchen countertops, granite master bathroom counters, laminated wood kitchen cabinets and closets, wood laminate flooring in living areas (studio) and porcelain tiles in larger units, and porcelain tiles throughout bathrooms. Balconies and decks are available on select units. The building includes a 100% backup generator for common areas, allocated backup load for all units, and four elevators with an approx. 3.0 m elevator lobby width.

Solinea was developed by Solinea Inc., with Alveo Land Corp. acting as Project Manager and Marketing Agent.

Location and connectivity

Cebu Business Park is the premier urban core of Cebu City, located in the Hipodromo district. It is home to Ayala Center Cebu - the island's foremost lifestyle mall - along with major banks, corporate offices, hospitals, schools, and churches. Solinea sits within CBP and offers pedestrian access to the mall.

Key distances from the estate:

  • Cebu IT Park: 3.5 km (approx. 12 minutes)
  • Downtown Cebu: 3.3 km (approx. 16 minutes)
  • Mactan Cebu International Airport (the second busiest in the Philippines): 12.7 km (approx. 34 minutes)

The Cebu Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) connects mainland Cebu to Mactan Island, improving airport access. A Cebu Bus Rapid Transit (CBRT) corridor - with a stop at Ayala Center Cebu in CBP - was planned for the 23-km route from Bulacao to Talamban (status to be reconfirmed with us). The Metro Cebu Expressway, a 73.6 km project targeting 2027 completion, will further ease metropolitan travel.
