About Tryne Enterprise Plaza

The name "Tryne" is a variant of "trine" - a set of three - referencing the planned three-tower development and the values of growth, connectivity, and advancement in professional workspaces. Phase 1 (the West Tower) is owned and developed by Ayala Land Inc., with Alveo Land Corp. acting as project manager and marketing agent. All contracts and payments are executed with Ayala Land Inc.

The building's all-glass facade creates an open, light-filled environment and gives every floor an unobstructed view across ARCA South's parks and open spaces. The 13 office floors are split into a Low Zone (2nd to 7th floor, 5 typical floors) and a High Zone (8th to 16th floor, 7 typical floors), with 15 units per floor. Ground floor retail covers approximately 705 sqm gross leasable area across 8 units, retained by Ayala Land Inc.

Units are delivered bare-shell, with rough cement flooring and ceiling finishes, party-wall partitions, provision for one executive toilet, and an air-cooled VRF air conditioning system. Buyers fit out their space to their own specification. The building is fully integrated with 24-hour security, CCTV, RFID access for parking and common areas, fire detection and sprinkler systems, and provision for a gondola/davit building maintenance unit.

ARCA South occupies 74 hectares in Western Bicutan, Taguig City, positioned as the southern gateway to Metro Manila's business corridors.
