The Southeast Metro Manila Expressway (SEMME) and the Taguig-Caloocan Interzone Corridor (TCITX) are infrastructure projects in development that are intended to improve connectivity from Arca South to other parts of Metro Manila over the medium term; timelines are subject to government schedules.
Arca South's Arca South Mall (Phase 1 opened 2025), Landers Superstore, the Arca Pitch FIFA-certified football facility (home to Barca Academy Manila), the Blue Leaf events venue (targeted 2027), and the Healthway Cancer Care Hospital are among the estate's notable developments. Three operational office buildings (Savya Financial Center, Manta Corporate Plaza, MDC Corporate Center) and two under construction (Bamberton Center, Tryne Enterprise Plaza) provide employment and business infrastructure within walking distance.
The MMSP and NSCR (North-South Commuter Railway) will have a common station near Arca South, subject to government completion timelines.
