The name draws on the image of palm groves swaying in a gentle breeze, expressing modern leisurely living in the south. South Palmgrove is owned and developed by Alveo Land Corp. and managed by Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC), which maintains the estate's home guidelines to ensure the community remains well-kept for future generations.
The development is conceived around Lipa City's cooler upland climate and its distance from the density of Metro Manila. Mature trees, colorful blossoms, and swaying grasses add variety across the landscaped grounds, while the 2-hectare amenity area provides diverse outdoor zones for residents. A spine road of 16.5 meters RROW and local roads of 12 meters RROW give the community a generous, unhurried scale.
