Versala is Alveo Land's fourth horizontal residential community within Alviera, a 1,800-hectare large-scale mixed-use estate in Porac, Pampanga, in the heart of Central Luzon's growth corridor. The 31.7-hectare neighborhood offers 576 residential lots organized around a 2-hectare central park, positioned approximately 90 minutes from Quezon City via the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) and 10 minutes from Clark South.
