About Verdea at Southmont

The name "Verdea" derives from "Verde" (green), reflecting the community's commitment to verdant, nature-integrated suburban living. Verdea is developed by Cathay Land, Inc. with Alveo Land Corp. as project manager and marketing agent. Property management is handled by Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC).

The masterplan was conceived around three principles: a tight-knit community layout, sensitivity to the site's terrain and topography, and maximized green space. The site's gently rolling terrain ranges from approximately 245 to 282 meters above sea level, offering sweeping views across the surrounding landscape including views toward Mt. Butalao, Mt. Makiling, and Mt. Sungay. Pocket parks are positioned at each quadrant of the community, and a central amenity core anchors the neighborhood. Main utilities run underground along the main and spine roads.
