Park East Place is Alveo Land's latest residential address in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig. Positioned at the corner of 32nd Street - BGC's corporate row - and 9th Avenue - the estate's lifestyle corridor - this 59-storey tower offers 523 units and a distinctive 9-metre glass crown that sets it apart on the BGC skyline. The project is marketed by Alveo Land Corp. and developed by Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation (FBDC).

About Park East Place
Park East Place was designed in collaboration between Aidea Philippines - consistently ranked among the top architectural firms in the country - and SmithGroup, a US-based international architectural firm established in 1853. The result is a tower with a facade featuring angled fins, stone arcade columns, decorative aluminium cladding, and a 50% glass ratio, which is the highest in Alveo's BGC portfolio. The 9-metre glass crown is the signature design element.
The project earned recognition before handover: it received a Gold Winner award at the 2024 TITAN Property Awards (Residential High-Rise), recognition at the International Property Awards Asia Pacific 2024 (Residential High-Rise Development Philippines), and a Dot Property Philippines Awards 2024 (Best Lifestyle Condominium Development).
Unit finishes are upgraded compared to standard Alveo condominiums. Bedrooms receive engineered wood flooring; living, dining, and kitchen areas have 600x600mm porcelain tiles; bathrooms use 300x600mm porcelain tiles on floors and walls. Every unit is delivered with KOHLER toilet fixtures (sink, toilet bowl, shower set, facial mirror, towel rod, and robe hook), a complete kitchen system with solid-surface countertops, multi-point water heater for all bathrooms (except maid's/utility), and split-type air conditioning units in all bedrooms and the living room. Range hoods are standard. Property management will be handled by Ayala Property Management Corp. (APMC).

BGC is a 240-hectare master-planned, mixed-use estate in Taguig City in Metro Manila. It is the second-largest CBD in Metro Manila and one of the fastest-growing cities in the Philippines. Park East Place sits at the intersection of the district's two main axes.
