Sentrove at Cloverleaf is Alveo Land's residential tower in Cloverleaf, described as Ayala Land's first pocket urban district north of Manila, in Balintawak, Quezon City. The project's name fuses "sentro" (Filipino for center) and "trove," reflecting its position at the core of a dynamic locale with direct access to Ayala Malls Cloverleaf. Sentrove consists of 37 physical floors and 521 residential units plus 16 commercial units at the ground floor.

About Sentrove at Cloverleaf
Sentrove is an Alveo Land Corp. project (both developer and marketing agent) within the 11-hectare Cloverleaf mixed-use estate at Cloverleaf Drive, Barangay Balingasa, Quezon City. The development stands out for its direct physical integration with Ayala Malls Cloverleaf Phase 1 - residents have access to the mall without going onto a public road.
The building has 37 residential floors across a low zone (9th to 28th floor) and a high zone (29th to 48th floor), plus a penthouse at the 49th floor. The 8th floor is the amenity deck. Five podium parking levels serve the tower. The building is zoned for 16 units per floor in the low zone and 13 units per floor in the high zone, for a total of 521 residential units.
Unit finishes include porcelain tiles (600x600mm) in living, dining, and kitchen areas; wood laminates in bedrooms for one-bedroom units and above; and 300x600mm porcelain tiles on bathroom floors and walls. Solid-surface kitchen countertops and granite master bathroom counters are provided, with laminated wood kitchen cabinets and closets. Each unit includes a complete kitchen system, complete toilet fixtures (excluding maid's bathroom), shower enclosure for master bathrooms of one-bedroom units and above, bedroom closets, fire detection and alarm system, audio guest annunciator, and provisions for split-type air conditioning, telephone lines, fiber-to-the-home, and multi-point water heater (except utility bathroom). Building backup power is allocated for both common areas and residential units.
Location and connectivity
Cloverleaf is located at the Balintawak interchange area in Quezon City, one of Metro Manila's major gateways to the North. The estate sits along A. Bonifacio Avenue and near EDSA.
Transit from Cloverleaf:
- LRT-1 Balintawak Station: directly accessible (Cloverleaf is 2 stations from the North Triangle Common Station, which will connect MRT-3, MRT-7, and the Metro Manila Subway)
- EDSA: the main arterial road passing Caloocan, Quezon City, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Pasay
- NLEX (North Luzon Expressway): connects northward to Central Luzon; Clark International Airport in under 1 hour 20 minutes via NLEX-SCTEX
- Metro Manila Skyway: connects to Makati CBD (Buendia) in approximately 20 minutes; Ninoy Aquino International Airport in under 40 minutes
