The Lattice at Parklinks is Alveo Land's residential development within Parklinks, a 35-hectare joint venture estate between Eton Properties and Ayala Land along the C5 corridor in Pasig City and Quezon City. The project's name evokes the interlacing patterns of urban and natural environments - a fitting reference to an estate where approximately 50% of the land area is dedicated to activated parks and open spaces.

The Lattice is described as a contemporary vertical community where lifestyles converge amid parks and greenery. Alveo Land positions the project as "where indoors intertwine with invigorating views and cool open air as homes open up to parks and open spaces." The tower rises 43 floors including podium, containing 530 residential units.

A distinctive feature is the Park Villas, a collection of duplex units on the 6th and 7th floors with sizes up to approximately 295 sqm. These larger two-storey residences sit above the podium and below the standard residential floors, offering a different typology within the same building.

Standard unit finishes include porcelain tiles (600x600mm) in living, dining, and kitchen areas, laminated wood flooring in bedrooms for one-bedroom units and above, and 300x600mm porcelain tiles in bathrooms (floor and wall). Solid-surface kitchen countertops and granite master bathroom counters are standard, along with laminated wood kitchen cabinets and bedroom closets. The 8th floor houses the amenity deck, and parking spans seven podium levels. Alveo Land acts as Project Manager and Marketing Agent.

Parklinks is the greenest urban estate in Metro Manila according to the development's own materials. The estate is a joint venture of Eton Properties - the real estate arm of the Lucio Tan Group - and Ayala Land, and covers the C5 / E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue corridor between Pasig and Quezon City.
