Overview
Enara is a new Ayala Land Premier residential lot community within the Nuvali eco-city in Barangay Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna. Launched in 2024, it is positioned at one of the highest elevations of any residential development in the Nuvali masterplan, between 290 and 337 meters above sea level, with panoramic views toward Tagaytay Ridge, Mt Makiling, and Laguna de Bay. Phase 1A, offering 153 lots, is currently pre-selling, with project turnover targeted for Q4 2028.

About Enara
The name Enara derives from a phrase meaning "to live among the clouds," which reflects the project's defining characteristic: its exceptional elevation within the Nuvali eco-city. At 290 to 337 meters AMSL, Enara sits higher than all previously launched residential villages in the Nuvali portfolio, which includes Abrio, Santierra, Elaro, Montecito, Luscara, Soliento, Cerilo, Riomonte, Andacillo, Ciela, Arcilo, and others developed since 2007.
Across a total area of 53.1 hectares, Enara will deliver 415 lots at a density of 7.8 lots per hectare, with 52.1 percent of the land area retained as open space. The gently rolling terrain, generous open space allocation, and high elevation combine to make this the most scenically positioned ALP lot release in Nuvali to date.
The village clubhouse is designed by Royal Pineda, whose past commissions include the Anvaya Cove NHOA and the Philippines Pavilion at Expo, among others.
Location and connectivity
Enara is located within the Nuvali eco-city in Barangay Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna. Nuvali is a 2,400-hectare mixed-use development spanning Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao, and Calamba, and is Ayala Land's flagship eco-city project in the south. The area is served by the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and the emerging Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), both of which improve connectivity to Metro Manila and to Cavite province.
Within Nuvali, residents have convenient access to Solenad commercial centers, Seda Nuvali hotel, and established educational institutions including Xavier School (1,623 students in SY 2024), Miriam College Nuvali (961 students), and Everest Academy (179 students). The broader Calamba-Laguna corridor also positions Enara within reach of the Ayala Greenfield Golf and Leisure Club and the Mt Makiling forest reserve.

Self-builders who want to design a hillside residence with sweeping vistas toward Tagaytay will find very few comparable lots in Southern Luzon at this altitude within an established eco-city. The property also appeals to lifestyle buyers who want a retreat property within driving distance of Metro Manila, and to overseas Filipinos who want a secure, titled lot in a long-established Ayala Land masterplan community. The Q4 2028 turnover timeline gives buyers sufficient lead time to plan construction.
