Tower 2, comprising 924 units across 28 residential floors, reached turnover in February 2025. The development sits on approximately 11,000 sqm of land and includes ground-floor retail space designed to serve the daily needs of residents.

About Avida Towers Makati Southpoint

Avida Land describes Makati Southpoint as "the right fit for you, right here" - a development aimed at on-the-go professionals who want right-sized homes in a location that puts the Makati central business district within reach. The project introduced Junior 1-Bedroom units as a format suited to value-conscious buyers who need a practical home near work rather than a large apartment they will rarely use.

The development includes a retail area of approximately 530 sqm at the base of the towers, aimed at complementing the around-the-clock lifestyle of residents - daily essentials, food, and services without leaving the building. Unit finishes use wood laminate flooring in living and bedroom areas, solid surface kitchen countertops, and ceramic tiles in bathrooms - a standard Avida specification that prioritises durability and ease of maintenance.

Building features include four elevators per tower, emergency power backup, CCTV coverage in common areas, and a fire protection and alarm system. Units come pre-wired for telephone, cable TV, and internet, with provision for a water heater and a washer/dryer area. Sustainability measures include sensor-controlled lighting in common areas, LED lights, rainwater harvesting, and low solar heat gain glass windows.

Location and connectivity

The project is in Bangkal, in the southern portion of Makati City along Don Chino Roces Avenue. This corridor connects directly into the Makati CBD grid, and the surrounding district includes offices, schools, commercial establishments, parks, and museums. The site has sightlines toward the Makati and BGC skylines and toward Manila Bay, and faces EDSA to one side.

The location puts residents within commuting distance of both Makati's main business districts and Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. Public transport options along EDSA connect to Metro Manila's rail network. The SLEX access point is also nearby for residents who drive south toward Laguna and Cavite.
