About Centralis Towers

Centralis Towers rises 27 residential floors above a 5-floor podium (including ground floor) on a 3,380 sqm site at Brgy. 36, Zone 3, Taft Avenue, Pasay City. The single tower holds 1,111 residential units across four unit types - Studio, Junior 1-Bedroom, 1-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom - giving residents a range of options suited to individuals, couples, and small families.

The development is backed by Avida Land Corp., Ayala Land's trusted affordable-to-mid-market brand with more than 30 years of completed communities across the Philippines. Centralis Towers is registered with DHSUD under Licence to Sell No. 197 (NCR AA-2021/09-2965).

Sustainability is integrated throughout the building design. Water-efficient toilet fixtures, sensor-controlled hallway and parking lights (60% and 50% reduction respectively), LED lighting, and low solar heat gain glass windows are all incorporated as standard.
